Trouble to recieve ordered tool-kit

I don´t know if the product works fine or not, because this product was delivered in a side order I did 1-2 days after the main order.

In the main order I did (about 2 weeks ago), I also ordered a tool kit for mobile phones, that I needed to repair tmy girlfriends mobile phone.
The tool kit was not sent with all the spare parts I ordered, that was sent quick to me.

I asked for about a week ago where my tool kit was, and got an answer 4 days after that they had problems to send the tool kit I ordered and wondered if they could send a smaller tool kit. I wrote that I need to have a tools to have the possibility to repair the mobile phone and asked them to send the tool kit. I haven´t got any response since that.
A better solution of the company should have been to send a bigger toolkit from the beginning for free, when the had problems to send the toolkit I ordered or something like that.
And if it have been marked very clear in the order system at the website about the problems they had with the tool kit and how long it will take at least for med to get the tool kit that I put in the order I would have chosed another tool kit or bought from another company.
The tool kit was in a special row in the order, but I didn´t really understand why and thought that it perhaps was because it was a tool kit and not spare parts. Now I begin to relize that perhaps the tool kit was in a special row in the order, because it was out of stock for now..?

If the company should have been very clear with this information with warnings, that I may not get this tool at all or for many weeks, I would have ordered another toolkit.

Because of this I don't know how good or bad this spare part is and therefore cannot give a good rating of this spare part. I'm also sad I have not bin able to fix my girlfriends mobile phone for almost 2 weeks after the 2 orders I made from the company Phonecare, even if I have got all the spare parts I ordered.

Please improve the information system with better info when products is out of stock and also improve how fast you handle when there are products missing in an order for your customers. Better to contact customers before they contact you.

I´m also disappointed that you still haven´t answered the email I sent to you the day after my mail order about 2 weeks ago where I wondered what I should do if I wanted to send everything back and instead of repairing the phone, by a new one.

You where very fast to send the spare parts you have in stock.
Show your customers that you are not only interested to earn money, but also show that you are interested in taking care of your customers, treat us well and get us satisfied with how you treat us.

I hope that you can do better than this in future..
